OFF ROAD IN GEORGIA

This year the Motobirds crew goes off-road in Georgia. Our aim is to visit the most beautiful places in central, south and east parts of the country. The route will lead us far, far away from the main roads, as far off the roads as possible. We will see picturesque villages hidden in high mountains and reachable only by 4x4 vehicles. On our journey we will learn about the Georgian culture and visit a lot of breathtaking natural wonders, simply because Georgia is every nature lover’s heaven. All this wouldn’t be complete without tasting the famous Georgian cuisine – weight loss may not happen.

Our group will travel with support car thus our bikes will be packed very light for maximum enjoyable off-road riding. Because the trip’s spirit is all about high mountains and travelling off the beaten tracks we strongly advise off-road experienced riders only. Since the temperatures depend on the attitude you should expect a whole spectrum, from hot to cold. The accommodation is split between hostels (60%) and tents (40%).

THE BEST OF SRI LANKA

Autumn is the best season to travel Sri Lanka on motorbike. This adventure is all about leisure and discovering. We will relax while riding motorbikes, visiting many of Sri Lanka’s landmarks, rafting, trekking and diving (for those who dare). On top of that there will be a plenty of time for sunbathing and we will even stop for Ayurveda Spa. We will see mountains, jungle, ocean and tea plantations. Sri Lanka offers a full spectrum of activities and we have chosen the best of them. Instead of soaking in European November rain we choose to bloom in Sri Lanka’s sunlight.

This is an on-road route with a few off-road sections. It doesn’t require any off-road experience. Accommodation in hotels and hostels. We will have support car following us.
