Most people join their first MotoBirds trip thinking it will be a one-time adventure. And yet, somewhere down the road, they come back. Different country, different route — the same familiar faces, the same easy rhythm. Over time, these journeys have turned into something more than just trips. This season, we’re celebrating that in the only way that makes sense to us — by riding together.

There’s something we’ve been noticing for years now. In fact, since the very beginning of our
“Only for Eaglets” women-only motorcycle tours** — a project that celebrates its 10th anniversary this year.
Women join their first motorcycle trip with us usually thinking it will be a one-time adventure. Something different. Something a little outside their everyday routine. At the end, there are the usual goodbyes, promises to stay in touch, and a casual “maybe we’ll meet again somewhere.”
And then… surprisingly often, we actually do.
A different country, a different route, sometimes even a different motorcycle — but familiar faces, the same energy, and that slightly dusty smile that seems to travel with people from one journey to the next.
That’s what our women-only motorcycle tours and our female riders — the Eagles — look like.
It Was Never About Speed
From the very beginning, when we launched our first women’s motorcycle tours back in 2016, it was never about who rides the fastest or who has the best technique.
It was never about the biggest bike or the most experience.
What truly connects this group is something less obvious — and far more human:
a curiosity about the world, a willingness to step outside the comfort zone, and an understanding that things don’t have to be perfect to be meaningful.
From Individual Riders to a Global Community
Over time, individual participants turned into a close-knit community of female riders.
Women started recognizing each other across different destinations around the world. Their stories didn’t end after one motorcycle expedition — they continued on the next trip, in another country, on another continent.
Sometimes, all it takes is one sentence over dinner:
“Do you remember that day when…” — and suddenly a whole chain of memories comes back.
What’s also fascinating is how quickly new riders become part of this community. Women who join for the first time often feel like they’ve been part of it much longer.
We didn’t design it this way.
But we value it deeply.
Celebrating 10 Years the Way We Know Best
This year, instead of celebrating 10 years of MotoBirds and the “Only for Eaglets” project with something formal or symbolic, we’re doing it the way we love most:
On the road. On an expedition. On two wheels. And yes — you can also join on four 😉
We’ve prepared a selection of anniversary women-only motorcycle tours that naturally reflect this spirit. These are routes and destinations we return to — places that mean something to us and that attract riders who value not just the ride itself, but also the atmosphere that grows around it.

We’re not planning big ceremonies or official speeches.
But during this anniversary season, there’s a higher chance you’ll find yourself riding alongside women who have already experienced these journeys — that evening conversations will last longer than usual, and that the entire experience will feel deeper, without needing to explain why.
