We invite you to a photo gallery from our motorcycle tour to the Himalayas from the “TWomen-Only” series, which we took in August 2022. The girls successfully tamed the Royal Enfields. The humor was good and we slowly got used to the local “differentities” – makeshift gas stations, military checkpoints on the roads where permits are checked, food, heights … and the dominant Buddhist culture here. Interestingly, Ladakh is not only Buddhists and Muslims. We managed to visit the Dardians of Dha Hanu, who to this day worship their own animistic pantheon of gods.
