Winding through both asphalt and some good grave tracks surrounded by untouched wilderness, motorcyclists will find themselves in a true rider’s paradise. But that’s just the beginning! Exploring the coastal region, the mountains, each area with its own unique character, adds an extra layer of excitement to this journey. On this tour, ecologies and boutique hotels with good food add a touch of luxury to the experience.
In Madagascar, you’ll encounter lemurs, baobabs, rainforests, mountains, waterfalls, and rivers. There’s no room for boredom! Baobab avenue, thermal springs, volcanic lakes, natural reserves, Itremo mountains, river crossings, sandy and technical trails are all along our route. On this tour, you can choose to ride with the guide, or head yourself to the next hotel. Thanks to the GPS track, everyone can choose their own pace, get ahead, wander according to their photographic inspirations, or, of course, stay with friends. But while everyone is free to move forward following their own rhythm, no one is left on their own. The support car will always come last.

WEATHER:
The weather at this time of year is generally good. It is the dry season and we do not expect rain. There might be occasional short rains, so a waterproof layer could be beneficial if you fear getting wet for a short while. The temperatures are pleasant, but is also can be very hot.
MOTORCYCLE GEAR:
Wearing adequate riding gear is an individual responsibility. We strongly recommend “adventure” or hard-shell type boots for this ride. Bring your own gear.
LUGGAGE:
Try not to take more than one 20kg luggage piece. It should be dust & water proof. For riding days take with you a small backpack or waterproof bag.
IMPORTANT, REMEMBER:
Madagascar is a very welcoming country with hospitable people. Many local places accept both the Malagasy Ariary and USD. ATMs are available in larger towns and tourist areas.
