Join this exclusive motorcycle tour that takes you from the serene Dal Lake in Srinagar to the heights of the Himalayas, ending in Leh. You’ll start your journey with a stay on a beautiful houseboat on Dal lake, followed by a peaceful Shikara ride followed by a private dinner on the iconic “Char Chinar” island. With the full moon approaching, expect some unforgettable photo moments!
This tour blends cultural experiences with amazing riding. It’s not designed for off-road enthusiasts but for riders who enjoy a bit of gravel alongside smoother but very scenic roads, stunning landscapes, and rich discoveries. From exploring Srinagar’s Tulip Garden to crossing the Zozilla Pass, you’ll travel through the beautiful regions of Sonamarg, Kargil, and Zanskar Valley. Along the way, you’ll visit ancient monasteries, see the impressive Drang Drung Glacier, and witness the confluence of the Zanskar and Indus rivers.

WEATHER:
If you don’t like the weather in the Himalayas, just wait a few hours—it will likely change! The towering peaks create unique microclimates in each valley, causing the weather to shift rapidly. One moment it can be sunny and warm, and just a few hours later, clouds may roll in, bringing cooler temperatures. While our tour takes place during the most favorable season for weather, predicting the temperatures remains challenging. You should be prepared for anything—from bright, sunny days to sudden gusts of cold wind, and chilly nights
MOTORCYCLE GEAR:
Wearing adequate riding gear is an individual responsibility. We strongly recommend “adventure” or hard-shell type boots for this ride. Bring your own gear.
LUGGAGE:
We will be traveling light. Try not to take more than one 20kg luggage piece. It should be dust & water proof. For riding days take with you a small backpack or waterproof bag, with straps, to enable you to attach it to your motorbike.
IMPORTANT, REMEMBER:
Each participant is required to arrange a tourist entry visa to India.
We will be traveling at very high altitudes, be sure you have sunscreen and sunglasses. The tour is rated 5/10 because of the altitude.
During your trip, especially when crossing the highest mountain passes, you may feel symptoms of altitude sickness (AMS). Remember that you must drink a lot of water to minimize this risk. In case you feel sick, we will have an oxygen cylinder with us.

MOTORCYCLE DEPOSIT:
Refundable motorcycle deposit of US$500. Cash payment on site on the first day. If the damage to the motorcycle exceeds the amount of the refundable deposit, the driver is obliged to pay the difference.
