Kyrgyzstan is a true haven for bikers, offering every kind of landscape you could imagine (minus the sea, but the massive Issyk Kul lake more than makes up for it!). You’ll ride through snow-capped mountains, deep canyons, turquoise lakes, wide-open grasslands, and even semi-deserts. This gem of Central Asia is wild, breathtaking, and safe! The friendly and welcoming Kyrgyz people add to the experience, making you feel right at home. The country boasts endless mountain roads, from smooth and scenic to challenging high passes, all surrounded by untamed nature. And the food? That’s an adventure in itself!
Our route takes you through Kyrgyzstan’s most stunning spots. You’ll visit Lake Song-Kul, the expansive Issyk-Kul, and the remote Kol-Suu near the Chinese border (requiring a special permit). You’ll explore the ancient Silk Road’s Tash Rabat caravanserai and tackle high-altitude mountain passes with jaw-dropping views, all while taking in the rich culture of Central Asia.
Get ready for a mix of exciting off-road trails and small paved roads. You’ll rest in cozy yurts and charming guesthouses, swim in crystal-clear lakes, taste authentic local dishes, and experience the famous Kyrgyz hospitality. WEATHER:
Temperatures will range from a possible 5 degrees at night to above 30C some days. During our ride we will reach high altitudes where the temperature can be lower. It can be very hot in the valleys. As in the high mountains you have to be prepared for all kind off weather conditions, especially colder nights.Some rain and even snow is also possible.
MOTORCYCLE GEAR:
We strongly recommend “adventure” or hard-shell motocross type boots for this ride. Bring your own gear.
LUGGAGE:
We will be traveling light. The limit for your luggage which will be transported by the support car is 1 piece, 20 kg. It should be dust & water proof.
On this tour, we recommend a backpack of max 16L with a 2L water bladder.
IMPORTANT, REMEMBER:
Bring adventure-type boots or motocross boots. The DRZ400’s do not have a luggage rack to strap a bag.
Off-road riding experience required.

PRICE NOT INCLUDES:
- Airline tickets (tickets should not be bought until the organizer confirms the completion of the minimum group size).
- Tourist entry visa, if required (not required for EU citizens)
- Covid tests and / or vaccinations, if required.
- Medical expenses not covered by standard MotoBirds insurance.
- Costs related to the transport of a participant to the nearest medical center, in case of injury, illness, inability or unwillingness to continue the tour.
- Costs related to the transport of the participant’s motorcycle to the finish point of the tour, in case the motorcycle or the participant cannot continue the tour due to the fault of the participant or unwillingness to continue the ride.
- Motorcycle fuel: US$200/rider to be paid on the first day of the tour, and in case of car participants – fuel for the car.
- USD 500 refundable deposit, to be paid in cash on site. If damages to the motorbike exceed the deposit amount, the driver has to pay the difference.

MOTORCYCLE DEPOSIT:
US$500 refundable deposit, to be paid in cash on site. The damages are capped at the deposit value.
